It is amazing the connectivity of a church and a community. Here we are celebrating the 70th birthday of a dear friend Mrs. Sarah Sprague. She has taken on the role as teacher, connector, leader, and even grandmother to many of our children.
She has served Anderson University, Boulevard Baptist Church, and the Anderson community both within the city limits and as far as China. She is one that I am most appreciative of our relationship and her connective energy is representative of so many in the room celebrating.
Happy Birthday Mrs. Sarah Sprague!
I had the wonderful opportunity to interview Mr. Bill Barnet. I am sure many of my friends and colleagues know Bill, but our time chatting was more than intriguing…it was insightful. Here is a man who grew up working in the family Textile Mill becoming an amazing servant of Spartanburg.
I find so may wonderful colors in this picture…so many vivid colors of happy smiles, playful energy, expressions of love and genuine joy. If you look in his eyes, you see his desire to share his playful joy, to have his picture taken. It was my intention to capture the images of those few peacefully protesting last night in downtown Anderson, but what I found are happy kids, peaceful expression of joy. Double Peace right back at you my brother! #LoveWins #Canon #5dmarkiii #bringit
Have you ever wondered how two little girls can smile so much? Well…if you are Elsie and Pearl, you just might think your daddy is awesome! Bart Ellis is by day a financial planner, but year round a daddy to two beautiful girls. I had the pleasure spending time with them, learning what it means to be a Good Man and a Good Daddy! #ManUPstate #Canon #5dmarkiii #BringIt
